Recruitment Manager
Our client is hiring a results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead the talent acquisition efforts for their high-volume Collections Call Center. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses strategic thinking skills to develop recruitment campaigns, effectively manage budgets, and ensure successful retention. The Recruiting Manager will oversee hiring across multiple projects, ensuring our team is equipped with top talent to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategies
- Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies tailored to the unique challenges of call center hiring.
- Develop sourcing pipelines for high-quality candidates through social media, job boards, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Partner with leadership and project managers to forecast hiring needs for multiple collections projects.
- Create strategies to improve employee retention, collaborating with HR to enhance the candidate experience and onboarding.
Creative Recruitment Campaigns
- Launch creative hiring campaigns that align with the company's values and goals.
- Use data analytics to refine recruitment strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Develop employment branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
Budget Management
- Create and manage the recruiting budget for multiple projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor recruiting expenses to maintain cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing ongoing training and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and project leads, to align hiring efforts with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proven success in managing recruitment budgets and improving retention rates.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with collections call center operations.
- Expertise in data-driven recruitment decision-making.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
